You need to be a registered SA Taxi Customer

Phone number used for app must be the same number registered with SA Taxi

Terms and Conditions must be read and accepted

Search for ‘SA Taxi Self Help’ on your device's Google Play Store or visit Google Play Store: Self Help App.

Once the app has been found in your Play Store, click the install button to download the app, which will appear in your device's applications.

When registering, you will be required to enter your valid SA ID number, email address (optional) and password.

You will be directed to the Legal page to accept the app's Terms and Conditions.

Once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions, an OTP (One Time Pin) will be sent to the phone number linked to your SA Taxi account.

Enter this OTP within the app to complete your registration.
